张伯礼，中国工程院院士，中共党员，中国中医科学院院长，天津中医药大学校长，一附院副院长。

教授、博士生导师。中医内科学科带头人，中国中西医结合学会副会长，中华中医药学会内科分会副主任委员，教育部高等学校中医学教学指导委员会主任委员，世界中医药学会联合会教育指导委员会主任委员。 同时担任《中国中西医结合》、《中国中药》等20余种国家级核心期刊的副主编、编委，被南开大学、北京大学医学部、北京中医药大学、中国药科大学等院校聘为客座教授或荣誉教授。

2005年当选为中国工程院院士

2011年1月被任命为中国中医科学院院长

2016年荣获天津市科学技术最高荣誉——天津市科技成就奖

2016年11月获吴阶平医学奖

Dr. Tong is Director of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at FDA'S National Center for Toxicological Research. He is also Senior Biomedical Research Scientist (SBRS), the title hold by only around seventy scientists in the entire FDA. He has supervised and led a large consortium to asses the reliable use of genomics technologies. The consortium peoduced ~30 papers, one third published in Nature Biotechnologies with two are among top 10 most cited papers in the journal in the past 20 years.

Dr. Tong's career has been dedicated to leadership in developing and applying bioinformatics, chemoinformatics, and computational methods in the areas of systems biology, predictive toxicology, and clinical application. He serves as a Science Advisory Board(SAB) member for several large initiatives involving multiple institutes within Europe and the U.S. He also holds several adjunct positions at U.S. universities.

程翼宇，男，浙江大学药学院教授、博士生导师。毕业于浙江大学研究生院，获博士学位。1993年以来，曾在葡萄牙国立波尔图大学，美国FDA－国家毒理研究中心、哈佛大学医学院， 德国柏林工业大学、慕尼黑工业大学，法国国家科学研究院、巴黎11大学药学院、巴黎第7大学，意大利比萨大学等欧美多所大学或政府研究机构学习、合作研究或学术访问。 求是特聘教授、浙江大学药物信息学研究所所长、国家中医药管理局计算机辅助中药分析III级实验室主任。

国务院政府特殊津贴专家、浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家、天津市人民政府特聘专家、浙江省151人才工程重点资助人员、浙江省新世纪学术和技术带头人第一层次。 作为第一获奖者获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省级科技进步奖8项、中华中医药学会科学技术奖3项；作为第二获奖者获浙江省教学成果二等奖及高校优秀教材二等奖各1项； 作为第三获奖者获2005年天津市自然科学一等奖。
